Announcing the decision on the organization and personnel of the Customs Branch of Region XII (12)

Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong; Deputy Director of Customs Department Tran Duc Hung; Director of Customs Branch XII Duong Xuan Sinh presented the decision and flowers to the Deputy Directors of the Branch.

At the Conference, the representative of the Customs Department announced Decision No. 966/QD-BTC dated March 5, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Regional Customs Branch under the Customs Department and announced Decision No. 10/QD-CHQ dated March 5, 2025 of the Customs Department on regulating the Office, Department, Team and Border Gate/Outside Border Gate Customs under the Regional Customs Branch.

Accordingly, the Customs Branch of Region XII has its headquarters in Da Nang city, including 7 units: Office, Personnel Organization Department, Information Technology Department, Risk Management Department, Customs Operations Department, Customs Control Team, Re-assembly Team and Post-clearance Inspection. Customs at border gates/outside border gates under the Customs Branch of Region XII includes 8 units: Customs at Da Nang International Airport (Da Nang city); Customs at Da Nang Port (Da Nang city); Customs at Da Nang Industrial Park (Da Nang city); Customs at Nam Giang International Border Gate (Quang Nam province); Customs at Quang Nam Industrial Park (Quang Nam province); Customs at Ky Ha Port (Quang Nam province); Customs at Dung Quat Port (Quang Ngai province) and Customs at Quang Ngai Industrial Parks (Quang Ngai province).

The conference also announced Decision No. 35/QD-CHQ dated March 5, 2025 of the Director of the Customs Department on the transfer and appointment of the Director of the Customs Branch of Region XII; announced Decision 45/QD-CHQ dated March 5, 2025 of the Director of the Customs Department on the appointment, transfer and appointment of the Deputy Director of the Customs Branch of Region XII.

Accordingly, from March 15, 2025, Mr. Duong Xuan Sinh - Director of Quang Nam Provincial Customs Department holds the position of Director of the Customs Branch of Region XII; Deputy Directors of the Customs Branch of Region XII include Mr. and Ms. Tran Van Anh (Deputy Director of Da Nang City Customs Department); Pham Duy Nhat (Deputy Director of Da Nang City Customs Department); Dang Thi Le Hoa (Deputy Director of Da Nang City Customs Department); Nguyen Van Duong (Deputy Director of Quang Nam Provincial Customs Department); Tran Ngoc Duc (Deputy Director of Quang Nam Provincial Customs Department) and Huynh Van Cuong (Deputy Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Customs Department).

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Tran Chi Cuong and Deputy Director of the Customs Department Tran Duc Hung congratulated and requested the leaders of the Customs Branch of Region XII to continue promoting their management and operation capacity; closely follow and concretize the key contents and work programs of the Customs Department, the Ministry of Finance as well as local socio-economic development programs and plans in performing the duties and tasks of the unit.
