Announcing the Election Information Page for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term

On November 10, within the framework of the third session of the National Election Council, Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh announced the electronic information page on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term (referred to as the Election Electronic Information Page).

The Election Information Website is built on the basis of Resolution No. 1343/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated December 31, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, which assigned the National Assembly Office and the Delegation Affairs Committee to coordinate with Viettel Group to build an information system serving the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

This is the official information channel of the National Election Council with the access address: http://hoidongbaucu.quochoi.vn and is linked via the Logo on the National Assembly's Electronic Information Portal at http://quochoi.vn.

By applying advanced technology solutions in cyberspace, the Election Information Website has the function of providing information, posting, disseminating, and looking up directive documents and election guidance documents of the Party, the National Election Council, the Government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front , and the Election Committees of provinces and cities.

Thereby, propagating widely, creating high unity in awareness, political ideology, action and social consensus, ensuring the organization of the election takes place democratically, equally, legally, safely, economically and is truly a festival of the whole people; at the same time, consolidating the people's trust in the Party, the State and the cause of national renewal, maximizing the people's right to mastery, building and perfecting the Vietnamese socialist rule-of-law State of the people, by the people, for the people, bringing the country into a new era of prosperous development.

In addition, the Election Information Website is an important bridge, helping voters and people access, search, approach and research information about the election. In particular, with just simple operations, voters from all over the country and overseas Vietnamese can grasp the whole picture of the election work, including: documents, Directives, Resolutions of the Party and State on elections; regulations on the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies, documents guiding implementation; documents, Resolutions, Plans of the National Election Council and Sub-committees; timelines of work performed in the election; questions and answers about the election; list of candidates, election results, information on election activities in localities nationwide...

Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh said that the launch of the Election Information Portal affirms the determination of the leaders of the National Assembly and the National Election Council in digital transformation and applying technology to improve the effectiveness of information and propaganda work, ensuring unity and transparency, contributing to the overall success of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
