Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee reviewed the outstanding results in the province's socio -economic development in 2023, the industrial, trade and service development indexes in January 2024 and affirmed that the business community and entrepreneurs in the province have made efforts, overcome difficulties, have creative and appropriate ways and steps to maintain and promote production and business, and well implement social security policies, contributing greatly to the overall achievements of the province.
Emphasizing that 2024 is a particularly important year in implementing the socio-economic development goals for the 2021-2025 period, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said: The goals, requirements and tasks set for the whole year and for the coming years are very large, the business community and entrepreneurs in the province need to promote their role as a vanguard force on the economic front, together with all levels and sectors to compete to successfully carry out the political tasks of the province. To realize those wishes, each entrepreneur and enterprise should proactively develop production and business plans, manage the enterprise well, promote experience, creativity and aspirations for development, and rise strongly. Promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, overcoming difficulties, linking emulation movements with good implementation of legal regulations; pay attention to taking care of the material and spiritual needs of workers. Building an increasingly strong team of entrepreneurs with business and management capacity, a sense of responsibility to society; building ethics, business culture, and corporate culture. Each enterprise and entrepreneur becomes a connecting point, attracting investors and partners to invest in production, business, and long-term, stable business in the province, especially attracting investment in Thai Binh Economic Zone to promote potentials and strengths to develop industrial parks, urban areas, services, and build the coastal area into a key economic development area of the province.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested all levels, sectors, localities and units to always listen, share, accompany and wholeheartedly serve the people and businesses. Synchronously implement solutions and directions of the province to substantially remove difficulties and obstacles of businesses; effectively implement the administrative reform project, enhance competitiveness and improve the investment and business environment; strengthen the implementation of solutions to improve and enhance the competitiveness index (DDCI) of departments, branches, districts and cities, contributing significantly to improving the investment and business environment and enhancing the competitiveness index (PCI) of the province.
On behalf of the business community, the leaders of the Provincial Business Association accepted the direction of the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and at the same time called on businessmen and businesses in the province to unite and actively respond to the emulation to promote production and business right from the first days of the new spring of Giap Thin 2024. In the immediate future, the business community will build a production and business strategy suitable for breakthrough solutions towards developing a circular economy, green and sustainable production, associated with environmental protection. Actively invest in expanding production and business, implementing digital transformation, finding markets for products, strengthening joint ventures and associations with businesses inside and outside the province to improve production and business efficiency and build a civilized, friendly and affectionate Thai Binh corporate culture.
