Simulation scenarios for the drill: Scenario 1 - From April 25, 2025 to April 26, 2025, in Lai Chau province, there will be prolonged rain causing damage to the current power grid assets. There is a risk of continued landslides to the column foundation, and there is a risk of column collapse due to weak ground that cannot ensure long-term operation at LBS 476/47. LBS 476/47 and LBS equipment must be removed and transferred at column 47, route 476E29.1, moved to installation at location 14, route 476E29.1, and tested after installation. Scenario 2 - From April 25, 2025 to April 26, 2025, in Lai Chau province, prolonged rain occurred, causing damage to the current power grid assets. There is a risk of continued landslides to the column foundation, and a risk of column collapse due to weak ground that does not ensure long-term operation at circuit breaker (MC) 476/14. It is necessary to remove and transfer MC 476/14 and MC equipment at column 14, route 476E29.1, move to install at column 47, route 476E29.1, test MC and MC equipment after installation. Scenario 3 - Due to heavy rain lasting for many days, the ground around the foundation of the CQT 8-8A 400kVA 22/0.4kV transformer station is at risk of collapsing. It is necessary to urgently dismantle and move all materials and equipment of the 8-8A transformer station to a new location (50m from the old location along the line 22 supplying power to the transformer station). Scenario 4 - Due to heavy rain lasting for many days, the ground around the foundation of the column is at risk of collapsing. The 22kV branch of the Doan Ket 1 transformer station on route 474E29.1 must be urgently moved, dug and cast the foundation, and installed an additional 18m BTLT medium voltage column (about 30m from column 01 towards column 02), installed beams, and tensioned porcelain to pull the wires; Situation 5 - Due to the movement of substation 8.8A, it affected the optical cable transmission from the Company to the 110kV Phong Tho substation, interrupting the inter-provincial transmission line from PCLC - PC Lao Cai , IT Dien Luc Than Uyen, Tan Uyen and half of the control transmission channel of the 110kV Phong Tho station, it was necessary to perform measurements and emergency repairs. Situation 6 - During the process of dismantling the LBS 476/47 equipment at column 47, route 476E29.1, a worker slipped and fell, injuring his right arm, suspected of having a closed fracture of the right forearm. The search and rescue team performed first aid, bandaged and took the victim to the hospital.
