Immediately after the opening session of the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime with the theme "Combating Cybercrime - Sharing Responsibility - Looking Towards the Future," President Luong Cuong joined UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and many senior leaders of countries, regional and international organizations to attend the signing ceremony of the Hanoi Convention.
The Hanoi Convention includes important contents such as affirming national sovereignty in cyberspace and the responsibility to carry out international cooperation in preventing and combating cybercrime.../.
