Through studying the Draft Political Report submitted to the 14th Party Congress, I am very excited about the orientations that show the Party and State's deep concern for people's health, especially the goal of building a fair, quality, effective, sustainable and free healthcare system for all people in the future. I also highly appreciate the policy of improving the quality and efficiency of the healthcare service network from the central to the grassroots level, ensuring that all people receive quality primary healthcare and that people receive free periodic health check-ups at least once a year.

However, in reality, the quality of primary health care at grassroots health facilities, especially at commune and ward health stations, is still limited; facilities are lacking, human resources are unstable, and people still have to go to higher levels for routine health care.

I propose specific solutions and directions to strengthen primary health care, such as increasing investment in equipment, training and attracting human resources, improving the quality of health care for the elderly, promoting the application of technology and remote medical examination and treatment, ensuring that all people receive convenient and comprehensive health care.
