Forest bathing is a term originating from the Japanese. This therapy encourages people to live in harmony with nature, bringing physical and mental health, and has been introduced to Vietnam in recent years.
Spread Positive Energy Contest 2024
There is a Dong Nai World Biosphere Reserve located just over 90km from Ho Chi Minh City, which is a healing tourism destination chosen by many young people.
During the "forest bathing" trips to Dong Nai World Biosphere Reserve, participants listened to nature conservation experts share useful and interesting knowledge about forests. At the same time, they experienced many meaningful activities such as planting forests, cleaning up trash, connecting and spreading the message of protecting nature.
