On May 18, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law announced that it had received more than VND300 million from its alumni. Of this, VND217 million came from the auction of items at the Gala night of reunion of alumni generations and VND132 million was donated by alumni.
All of this money will be used to renovate the road leading to the new school facility, and support scholarships for students.

The auction items include: 2 ball combos, shirts signed by school leaders and all players; 2 commemorative cups of the football tournament; 1 rice painting of school facilities through the ages.
Associate Professor - Dr. Vu Van Nhiem, Chairman of the Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, said that the school is growing stronger and stronger, constantly expanding its training scale and investing in modern facilities.
Campus 3 in Long Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City is gradually being completed. However, Road No. 11 leading to this campus is currently degraded. The school has launched a project to upgrade and renovate Road No. 11 leading to the school's campus 3 and received the support of teachers, alumni, businesses and benefactors.
Expressing his joy at the meaningful gift sent by the alumni, Associate Professor - Dr. Vu Van Nhiem shared: "The school highly appreciates and acknowledges the contributions of alumni to the construction and development strategy of the school. On that basis, the school has proactively invested more, innovated activities, formed a network connecting alumni, received many positive responses, leaving a deep and meaningful impression."
It is expected that the new facility of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law will be put into use in September 2025.
