Nearly 46 hectares of land have been cleared for the first time at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

Reporting at the meeting, the representative of Bien Hoa City People's Committee said that the city has 355 cases of households and individuals who have to relocate and dismantle their assets to hand over the site. Up to now, 100 cases have received compensation in the past, and 88 cases have been mobilized to dismantle. For 255 households that have not received compensation, the city has mobilized 110 cases. In the coming time, the city's working groups will continue to propagate and mobilize the remaining cases to agree to receive money and hand over the site.

Bien Hoa City proposed the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to provide capital for the city to pay compensation and support to households and individuals in the first week of June.

Regarding the relocation of enterprises, Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center Mai Phong Phu said that to date, the center has completed the inventory of 68 enterprises, of which 49 enterprises have signed the confirmation of the inventory minutes. The total area of land cleared in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is nearly 46 hectares.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center proposed to establish an Appraisal Team to check the legality and assets and unify compensation and support policies for enterprises as a basis for the asset valuation consultancy unit; hire a valuation consultancy unit for the assets not included in the price list of the Provincial People's Committee; the Department of Finance reviewed and advised the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the Project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and improve the environment...

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha said that the Provincial Party Committee has set a deadline of completing site clearance for 180 hectares of priority land by August 1, and the rest must be completed this year.

In the past time, the departments, branches, the Special Task Force for Relocating Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City have made great efforts in carrying out their tasks. In the coming time, the units will continue to concentrate their efforts and promote their sense of responsibility with the Provincial People's Committee to carry out the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee.

Legally, the implementation of measures for enterprises and the development of compensation and support policies must be strict and in accordance with legal regulations. The Industrial Park Management Board advises the province to handle any recommendations from enterprises, if any. Every week, the Land Fund Development Center reports on the progress of the relocation of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.
