The 1st Congress of Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union, term 2025-2030

Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union has just held its 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the congress were Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Ngoc Huyen and more than 100 delegates, representing more than 6,000 union members of 83 grassroots unions.

Leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the congress set out the key directions and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term, focusing on building a strong and comprehensive organization, promoting the representative role, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers.

The Congress also passed a resolution for the new term, which set the goal of developing 100% of enterprises with 20 or more employees to establish trade unions, 85% of enterprises to have collective labor agreements, and 90% of union members to be informed of and study Party and State policies.

The Congress Presidium received the "Union Shelter" logo for union members in difficult circumstances in the commune.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee and leadership positions of Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030, including 7 people. Mr. Tran Truong Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union.

The Presidium runs the congress.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented the "Union Shelter" logo to two union members in difficult circumstances of the commune.

The new Executive Committee was introduced to the congress.

This event marks an important first step of the new commune-level trade union model, contributing to caring for and protecting workers' rights and promoting sustainable socio -economic development of the province.
