Thoai Son Commune Women's Union focuses on supporting women to start businesses and taking care of women and children.

On October 28, the Women's Union of Thoai Son commune (An Giang province) held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province, Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union Truong Thanh Thuy attended the congress.

The Congress approved the direction of activities for the 2025-2030 term with 8 key targets, focusing on improving the quality of the association's organization, promoting digital transformation, supporting women in starting businesses, developing a green economy and taking better care of the material and spiritual life of women and children.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee of the Thoai Son Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 25 members. Comrade Huynh Cam Loan was appointed to hold the position of President of the Thoai Son Commune Women's Union .

On this occasion, the congress awarded 25 Women's Love scholarships to female students who have overcome difficulties and studied well in the area.
