Quang Nam Electricity Company plans not to temporarily stop supplying electricity during the holiday (from April 27 to May 1, 2024), except for incident handling. The company prioritizes ensuring electricity supply at locations where political activities and cultural events of localities take place; organizes additional on-duty for leaders, on-duty operators, electrical repairs, and incident handling 24/7.

To ensure continuous and safe power supply during the holidays, the company has recently increased inspections and handling of grid defects; cleared the road to ensure safety along the route. At the same time, it has coordinated with local authorities to educate people about electrical safety and energy saving. Do not shoot fireworks, glitter paper, release balloons, fly kites or throw anything onto power lines, power stations, etc. to prevent incidents, power interruptions, and violations of the law.

Everyone, every household should pay attention to using electricity economically and reasonably to avoid high electricity bills. Limit the use of high-capacity electrical appliances during peak hours, especially during peak hours at noon and in the evening. Do not use high-capacity electrical appliances such as air conditioners, water pumps, washing machines, irons, microwaves, etc. at the same time to avoid overloading, causing power outages and fires. When using air conditioners, the temperature should be set at 26°C or higher. It is necessary to take advantage of natural light and ventilation. Turn off electrical appliances immediately when leaving the room or when not in use.

If you see a power outage or electrical safety risk, immediately call the Central Power customer care hotline 19001909 for timely handling.
