Ensuring stable power supply for high school graduation exams and general education entrance exams in 2025

To ensure safe, quality, and continuous power supply to serve the preparation and organization of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam taking place from June 25-28 and the 2025 General Education Entrance Exam taking place from June 1-3, on May 26, the Department of Industry and Trade issued a document requesting Vinh Phuc Electricity Company; distribution and retail units outside the electricity sector to strengthen inspection and maintenance of power grids, transformer stations, medium and low voltage lines, promptly overcome existing problems in areas with exam sites to ensure safe and stable power supply in the province during these exams, especially at exam sites, areas for printing and copying exam papers, exam marking areas, and exam and exam storage areas.

Develop plans, arrange on-duty personnel, and arrange spare materials at exam printing and grading locations and other important locations to promptly resolve power grid problems. Do not cut off power as planned at exam-related locations during the entire exam period.

Assign technical staff to be on duty 24/7 at exam locations and on duty at the unit. Set up a hotline to handle incidents, ready to mobilize forces to promptly handle incidents when they occur. Coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, cities, and examination councils in the area to arrange backup generators at exam locations (if necessary) to proactively deal with sudden power outages due to grid failures, which may take a long time to fix.
