The 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year will officially take place from June 1 to 3. Up to now, Quang Ninh province has over 15,700 candidates registered for the exam. The number of candidates registered for the specialized classes of Ha Long High School for the Gifted is 1,009 candidates. The whole province organizes 32 examination councils, with about 670 examination rooms, mobilizing 2,500 cadres, teachers, staff and coordinating forces to participate in the tasks at the examination councils to ensure the correct and sufficient structure, composition and quantity according to regulations.
For the 2025 high school graduation exam, it is expected to officially take place on June 26 and 27. The whole province has nearly 20,000 candidates registered for the exam, an increase of more than 2,000 candidates compared to last year. Quang Ninh organized 1 exam council, arranged 40 exam sites located at educational institutions to meet the requirements of organizing the exam, ensuring compliance with exam regulations, convenience for candidates and safety for exam organization. The Department of Education and Training in coordination with the Provincial Police and the Department of Health plans to mobilize over 3,000 officers, teachers and employees to participate in the exam tasks according to the exam regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hanh, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, emphasized that these two exams are conducted according to new regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and are organized in the context that the whole country is implementing the arrangement and organization of the 2-level local government apparatus and changes in the arrangement of the inspection agency system. Therefore, the Department of Education and Training presides over and coordinates with sectors and localities to focus on synchronously and effectively implementing the organization of the exams, ensuring absolute safety, seriousness, thoughtfulness, smoothness, objectivity, ensuring reliability, creating high consensus of society, contributing to affirming the increasingly improved quality of teaching and learning in the province. Promoting responsibility, being close in directing, being specific and meticulous in organizing and implementing, in the spirit of creating the most favorable conditions, ensuring maximum benefits for candidates taking the exam as well as their families. No candidate must drop out of the exam due to financial difficulties, travel or other objective obstacles. Focus on effective propaganda, inspection, examination and supervision to ensure absolute safety, objectivity and honesty, and to avoid errors, negativity and violations of regulations. Relevant sectors and localities must carefully prepare the necessary conditions and have contingency plans for any unusual situations during the organization of the exams.
