The central report and opinions expressed at the congress unanimously affirmed: In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Warehouse 205 has always been united, proactive, innovative, promoted comprehensive strength, and led the comprehensive completion of goals and tasks, with many tasks completed well and excellently.

Notably, 100% of the targets and tasks of receiving, distributing, and transporting military supplies and barracks for missions to ensure absolute safety were completed; including urgent and difficult missions such as the task of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic; preparing military supplies for preventing and fighting natural disasters and catastrophes (including ensuring the Turkish relief team in a very urgent time). The work of building a strong and comprehensive unit and implementing breakthroughs has had many progressive changes; the work of politicaleducation , propaganda and dissemination of legal education has had many innovations...

The Congress identified three breakthroughs: Innovating and improving the quality of receiving, distributing and ensuring military supplies to meet mission requirements in all situations. Second, continuing to build a strong, compact and refined warehouse. Innovating and improving the quality of training and combat readiness; perfecting and supplementing fire prevention and fighting plans and strengthening inspection and practice of combat readiness plans. Third, making breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, promoting military administrative reform; improving the quality of building regulations, managing discipline and law; promoting the cultural values ​​of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Ha Chi Dung commended and acknowledged the achievements and results in the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of Warehouse 205 in the past term; at the same time, he requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee and Command of Warehouse 2025 continue to lead and perform well the role of advising the Standing Committee and Command of the Quartermaster Department and organizing the implementation of warehouse work. Carry out well the management, preservation, rotation and exchange of goods according to plan. Complete well the work of receiving and distributing regular and unscheduled supplies. Build a unified and standardized warehouse system, gradually modernize the technology system in receiving, distributing, and the fire prevention and fighting system of strategic warehouses.

Colonel Ha Chi Dung noted that the Party Committee and the warehouse commander did a good job of political and ideological education, building a sense of responsibility among officers, employees and soldiers, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 11 comrades; elected the Party Delegation to attend the 16th Congress of the Party Committee of the Military Logistics Department, consisting of 21 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

After the congress, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Quartermaster Department, Colonel Ha Chi Dung chaired the experience review; assessed the advantages and limitations and agreed on the contents in preparing and conducting the congress; requested the Party Committees under the Quartermaster Department Party Committee to closely follow the instructions and the contents drawn from experience as a basis for leading and directing the good organization of their Party Congresses, ensuring proper procedures and principles in the coming time.
