Specifically, on May 10, 2025, while digging a ditch next to his house, Mr. Ho Van Dang discovered a bomb and immediately reported it to the Commune Military Command. After receiving the news, the Binh Hoa Nam Commune Military Command quickly reported to the Duc Hue District Military Command for handling.

On the same day, the Duc Hue District Military Command reported to the Provincial Military Command and quickly arrived, coordinated with the Provincial Engineering Department and the Binh Hoa Nam Commune Military Command to block off the scene and evacuate people to a safe area.

After inspection, it was determined that this was an MK82 bomb, weighing about 200kg, left over from the war, with a very high risk of explosion. Authorities removed the bomb from the house and destroyed it according to technical procedures, ensuring absolute safety for people and the local population.
