As a unit with training and fostering functions under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, InNET is currently the focal point for implementing training, fostering and coaching of officials in the industry, aiming to standardize the quality of human resources, effectively serving the development of the natural resources and environment industry, including land and real estate.

In addition, the Vietnam Real Estate Association - VNREA is a social and professional organization of organizations, businesses and individuals operating in the real estate sector. One of the key tasks in the V term (2022 - 2027) is to train, foster and develop qualified human resources for the real estate market.

In order to optimize the resources of each unit in the training task that both units are interested in. VNREA and InNET have agreed to assign two affiliated units, the Real Estate Development Center (RED Center - under VNREA) and the Center for Cooperation and Human Resource Development (CCDHR - under the School of Training and Fostering of Natural Resources and Environment Officers) to implement.

Within the framework of the signing ceremony, the Real Estate Development Center and the Human Resources Cooperation and Development Center signed an agreement to implement specific activities to train, foster and develop human resources in the fields of natural resources and environment, related to real estate.

According to the signed content, the cooperation period between the two parties is 5 years, from August 2023 to August 2028. In particular, RED Center and CCDHR will coordinate and issue certificates to students after completing training programs, fostering and developing human resources in the fields of natural resources and environment and guide and create conditions for qualified students to carry out relevant procedures according to the provisions of law.

The two units use all their resources to coordinate implementation to bring about the highest efficiency in work; together train, foster and develop human resources with good knowledge, skills and capacity, with basic and in-depth training to meet practical requirements in the fields of resources, environment as well as real estate.
