Investing in essential infrastructure in mountainous areas

QNgTV- From the capital source of the National Target Program (NTPP) for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, in the period of 2021 - 2025, Quang Ngai has invested in building essential infrastructure to serve socio-economic development, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

In the 2021 - 2025 period, the budget estimate for implementing the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Quang Ngai province is more than 5,600 billion VND; of which development investment capital is more than 3,100 billion VND, public service capital is more than nearly 2,500 billion VND; by the end of October 2025, more than 3,100 billion VND had been disbursed.

From the allocated capital, localities in the eastern region of the province have invested in building, upgrading and repairing more than 400 works, including more than 272 traffic works, 36 irrigation works, 10 electricity works; 2 market works; 44 cultural houses, community houses; 37 school works...

In the western part of the province, 7 markets have been newly built and upgraded; 553 projects of all kinds have been maintained after investment. After completion and acceptance, the projects have contributed to improving infrastructure and changing the face of rural areas in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the province.
