Proposal to consider recognizing Cam My district as meeting advanced new rural standards

The Provincial People's Committee has also drafted a proposal to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to organize an appraisal and submit it to the Prime Minister for consideration and recognition of Cam My district as meeting advanced new rural standards in 2024.

After achieving the new rural district standard in 2017, Cam My district issued many plans to continue promoting the new rural program in the district, improving the sustainability of the achieved criteria. Thereby, gradually building a civilized, modern, complete rural area, developing technical infrastructure; further improving the living standards of the people.

Up to now, Long Giao town has achieved 52/52 contents of 9 civilized urban criteria. Regarding the results of implementing the construction of advanced new rural communes, Cam My district has achieved 9/9 criteria, 36/36 targets of the national criteria set for new rural districts in the period of 2021-2025; achieved 9/9 criteria, 38/38 targets of the national criteria set for advanced new rural districts in the period of 2021-2025.
