Police Forum listens to people's opinions: Many comments related to Project 06

(BDO) On the morning of August 15th, the Thuận An City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, in coordination with the Thuận An City Police, organized the "Police Listening to the People's Opinions" forum in 2023. Nearly 200 households from across the city participated in the forum.

After hearing the report from the Thuận An City Police Department on the results of their work in the first six months of 2023, the people expressed their joy at the achievements, especially the recent campaigns to suppress various types of crime.

Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Phuong, Secretary of the Thuan An City Party Committee, gave a speech suggesting and requesting that the people participate in contributing ideas to build the People's Police force.

In addition, representatives from several households contributed suggestions, such as: flexible scheduling and removal of obstacles in the implementation of Project 06; increased deployment of regular police officers to the grassroots level, especially in complex areas; more decisive action in restoring urban order on certain roads and residential areas; increased dissemination of information about the methods and tactics of various types of crimes to each household, with each family signing a commitment not to violate the law; and flexibility in handling administrative procedures.

People contribute their opinions at the forum.

Lieutenant Colonel Dang Huu Phuong, Head of Thuan An City Police, received and addressed some of the feedback from the people. This will help the Thuan An City Police force continue to fulfill its duties in the future.
