One of the many practical activities in the "Customer Appreciation Month" implemented by the Electricity Company is free industrial cleaning of specialized transformer stations for large customers, checking and fixing defects in the protection equipment system, measuring operating parameters of the transformer station to ensure stable operation of the system; instructing units to use electricity safely, economically and effectively, minimizing incidents that may occur during the use of electricity. Thanh Ba Electricity Company has installed a public lighting system using solar energy with the message "Lighting up the countryside" in Zone 1, Hanh Cu Commune.

Taking place alongside the “Customer Appreciation Month” is the “Lighting Up Faith” program with the goal of installing solar lights for poor households and policy families. Thanh Ba Electricity cooperates with the Commune Women's Union to give gifts to poor households and maintain the electrical system after the meter; propagate and guide on electrical safety in daily life and production.
