Transferring more than 88 billion VND of public investment capital in 2023

The Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 32/2023/NQ-HDND on adjusting the 2023 capital plan from the provincial budget (referred to as Resolution No. 32).

Specifically: adjusting down the provincial budget capital plan for 6 projects approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 58/NQ-HDND, dated December 21, 2022 on the public investment plan from local budget capital in 2023, with a capital of more than 88.5 billion VND.

The projects include: Border Area Development Support Project - Dak Lak Province Sub-Project (2023 plan adjustment is 25 billion VND, remaining after adjustment is 7 billion VND); Sub-Project to upgrade and build an irrigation system to serve water for dry crops in Dak Lak Province, under the Project to improve water use efficiency for provinces affected by drought (2023 plan adjustment is 17 billion VND, remaining after adjustment is 0 VND); Project to enhance the resilience of small-scale agriculture to water security due to climate change in the Central Highlands and South Central regions of Vietnam (2023 plan adjustment is 3.8 billion VND, remaining after adjustment is 1.2 billion VND).

Dam repair and safety improvement project (the 2023 plan is adjusted down by more than 22.2 billion VND, the remaining amount after adjustment is nearly 2.4 billion VND); Dak Lak province planning project for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 (the 2023 plan is adjusted down by 12.5 billion VND, the remaining amount after adjustment is 4 billion VND); Project to build a new Cay Sung bridge (Km78+400), Trang bridge (Km79-700) and the connecting section between the two bridges on Provincial Road 1 (the 2023 plan is adjusted down, with a capital of 8 billion VND, the remaining amount after adjustment is 0 VND).

Ea Quang Lake (Ea Kenh Commune, Krong Pac District) belongs to the Dam Repair and Safety Improvement Project.

Resolution No. 32 also adjusted the capital plan for 2023 to increase by more than VND 88.5 billion for 24 projects.

Specifically: adjusting the capital plan of 2 projects approved for settlement in 2023, with a capital of more than 7.6 billion VND; adjusting the capital of 21 completed and transferred projects, with a capital of more than 63.1 billion VND; starting a new project, with a capital of nearly 17.7 billion VND.
