Specifically: Product Hair Head & Hair Revitalising Oleo-Essence (Germaine De Capuccini brand) - 50ml bottle, batch number: Lote G0042 0P10, registration number 178021/22/CBMP-QLD organized by Uyen Phuong Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company (address 2/9 Hong Ha, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City) responsible for bringing the product to the market; manufacturer Germaine De Capuccini, SAU, Spain.

Suspend circulation and recall nationwide the batch of Betel Leaf Collagen Italia Slim Feminine Hygiene Solution - box of 1 bottle of 150ml, receipt number of announcement form 97/19/CBMP-HY; batch number: 012025; production date January 2, 2025, expiration date January 1, 2028 organized by Quang Xanh Cosmetics and Chemicals Company Limited (Address: Hanh Lac village, Nhu Quynh town, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province) responsible for bringing the product to market and manufacturing; distributed by Hai Dang International Herbal Medicine Company Limited (address Dai Dong, Vinh Tuong, Vinh Phuc).

The reason for recalling the Hair Head & Hair Revitalising Oleo-Essence product is because the product's secondary label contains disease prevention and treatment information like medicine, causing confusion for users; the original product label does not list the correct ingredients and formula as in the cosmetic product declaration file.

Regarding the batch of Betel Leaf Collagen Italia Slim Feminine Hygiene Solution, the test sample did not meet the quality standards for the limit of microorganisms in cosmetics according to regulations; the batch of products was produced after the expiration date of the cosmetic product declaration receipt number.

The Department of Health assigns the health departments of districts, towns and cities to notify businesses and cosmetic users in the area to immediately stop trading and using the above 2 products. Proceed to recall and destroy the violating product batches; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice; handle violators according to current regulations and report to the Department of Health.
