According to reports, many fashion stores are selling and renting patriotic clothing inspired by the red flag with a yellow star, at various prices ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 VND. Slogans such as "Independence - Freedom," "Proud of Vietnam," etc., are printed on many products such as t-shirts, hats, and canvas bags.
Do Hong Nhung (23 years old, Hanoi ) shared: “I bought a T-shirt with the words “Vietnamese People” printed on it and a cap painted in the colors of the flag to wear to the parade on September 2nd. Wearing these outfits doubles my patriotism.”

Decorated with red flags and yellow stars and displaying patriotic slogans, many cafes in Hanoi have creatively created pastries and drinks in the two main colors of red and yellow, attracting a large number of young people to enjoy and take photos, with prices ranging from 50,000 to 80,000 VND per item.
As National Day approaches, the flag-making workshop of Mr. Nguyen Van Trung (Chuong Duong, Hanoi) becomes increasingly busy. Fifteen workers are working overtime in the evenings to cut, sew, and package flags, producing more than 1,000 flags daily for shipment to provinces and cities throughout the country.

To meet the growing demand, in Bang Liet Street, the "I'm Good" project by a disadvantaged group at the Leather Goods Hospital workshop is ramping up production of the "Vietnam, Oh Vietnam!" collection, priced from 300,000 to over 1 million VND, including keychains, bags, and phone cases printed with the flag. Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, the workshop owner, said: "After one month, many customers have placed large orders for the products to give as gifts to relatives and business partners."
According to sociologist Nguyen Thieu Tuan Long ( Hue University), integrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd into business activities not only increases market appeal during the holiday season but also connects consumption with national cultural values.
