Delegation of Hua Phan province and Lao National Institute of Socio-Economic Sciences worked in Son La province

On May 31, a delegation of officials from Hua Phan province and the Lao National Institute of Economic and Social Sciences, led by Comrade Kham Phan - Phim Ma Vong, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Lao Front for National Construction of Hua Phan province, visited and worked in Son La province.

On the side of Son La province, receiving and working with the delegation were comrade Le Hong Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

At the meeting, the delegation of Hua Phan province and the Lao National Institute of Economic and Social Sciences requested Son La province to support in collecting information and interviewing some former leaders of departments and branches that had close relations with Hua Phan province, serving the editing and supplementing of the content of the book on history and revolutionary traditions of Hua Phan province. Especially the process of helping the Lao revolution of Vietnam in general and Son La province in particular from 1965-1980 and up to now.

Comrade Le Hong Minh presented gifts to the working delegation.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Hong Minh assigned the provincial departments and branches to synthesize and provide information to Hua Phan province; synthesize historical information and the relationship between Son La province and Hua Phan during the renovation period. Requested the Department of Foreign Affairs to synthesize the information requested by the Working Group and transfer it before June 10.
