On the afternoon of April 24, at Vung Ro sea area (Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province), the working group surveyed the actual sea and coastal islands from Binh Thuan province to Phu Yen province in 2025 and held a memorial ceremony for the heroic martyrs of Vung Ro Wharf. Attending the memorial ceremony were Colonel Le Van Tu - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 3 Command, Head of the working group; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Van - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Head of the Khanh Hoa provincial working group; leaders of departments, branches, functional forces and local authorities of Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen provinces.

At Vung Ro sea area, the delegation reviewed the heroic history of the nation, the Ho Chi Minh trail at sea, the unnumbered ships; held an incense offering ceremony and released wreaths to express deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives at Vung Ro sea area. The delegation also held a memorial incense offering ceremony at Vung Ro historical site.
