The delegation of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense visited the heroic martyrs at Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery.

On July 24, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), the Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense delegation led by Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense, offered incense to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery.

The delegation included Lieutenant General Pham Duc Duyen, Political Commissar of Military Region 2; Comrade Phung Tien Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; and leaders of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command.

In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, Deputy Minister of National Defense and delegates offered incense and flowers to express their respect and gratitude to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland so that the country could be peaceful and the people could be prosperous and happy.

On this occasion, the Central Military Commission and the Military Region 2 Command visited and presented 60 gifts to policy families in Linh Ho commune, Ngoc Duong commune, Ha Giang 1 ward, and Ha Giang 2 ward.
