The first unit licensed to organize TELC certificate exams

The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has officially issued Decision No. 2610/QD-BGDĐT on "Approving the joint organization of TELC German language certificate exams between BLA Education Group Joint Stock Company and IWU Limited, Germany".

According to the Ministry of Education and Training , this is an important milestone in the process of legalizing the TELC exam in Vietnam, marking a new step in meeting the growing needs of students wishing to study and work in Germany.

The term of the joint examination organization is 5 years from the effective date of the Decision and terminates when the agreement or cooperation contract between the participating parties expires.

In recent years, the demand for studying and taking German language proficiency tests for studying and working in Germany has increased significantly. The TELC certificate, with over 3,000 test locations worldwide , has become one of the most popular German language certificates.

However, since 2022, organizations conducting foreign language proficiency tests in Vietnam have had to comply with the regulations of Circular No. 11/2022/TT-BGDĐT regarding the organization of foreign language tests through partnerships and obtain licenses from the Ministry of Education and Training.

This helps ensure the legality and transparency of the TELC exam process, supporting educational centers to best serve learners and meet the growing demand for studying and working in Germany.

TELC (The European Language Certificates) is a certificate demonstrating proficiency in German for academic, professional, or travel purposes in Germany. TELC exams are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR).
