The report at the meeting showed that Huyen Tung Industrial Cluster (CCN), established in 2019, has a total investment of 97 billion VND. Currently, Bac Kan city has signed a land lease contract and handed over the entire area assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, 13.05 hectares, to Chung Jye Bac Kan - Vietnam Shoe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to implement the Bac Kan Export Shoe, Sandal and Sole Manufacturing Factory project.
Up to now, the factory has a total investment of 587.5 billion VND, has completed about 90% of the construction volume, and is expected to come into operation in the second quarter of 2025, creating jobs for about 1,000 local workers.
At the meeting, the leaders of Chung Jye Bac Kan - Vietnam Shoe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. expressed that the enterprise still faces some difficulties in the process of implementing the Project, such as: Granting land use right certificates; determining land rental prices; implementing investment tax refunds; expanding traffic routes connecting industrial clusters...
Regarding Vang Muoi Industrial Park, which is being implemented in Na Ri district, was established in 2021 with an area of 15 hectares and a total investment of 149 billion VND. This is one of the province's strategic industrial parks, focusing on attracting enterprises processing agricultural, forestry, medicinal and light industrial products.
Currently, technical infrastructure items such as leveling, internal traffic system, water supply and drainage and electricity are being implemented. Some packages have reached 90% of the construction volume, but the progress is still affected by site clearance. Of the total area of 15.07 hectares to be recovered, only 85.6% has been cleared so far, while 2.1 hectares have not been handed over because some households have not agreed with the compensation plan.
After listening to the delegates discuss and exchange on how to resolve the difficulties at the 02 industrial parks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Duy Chinh highly appreciated the efforts of the relevant units in implementing infrastructure at the 02 industrial parks. At the same time, he requested the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to continue to speed up the progress, remove difficulties in administrative procedures, site clearance and support businesses to attract effective investment.
Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh affirmed that the completion of infrastructure at the two industrial parks Huyen Tung and Vang Muoi not only promotes the province's industrial development, but also creates more jobs, contributing to improving the lives of local people. He emphasized that the complete settlement of site clearance is a decisive factor to ensure the project's progress. Therefore, it is required that relevant units and localities coordinate closely, have specific plans to support people in relocation, and promptly complete the handover of land to investors, to speed up the construction progress and complete the project./.
