Dong Nai: Must hand over land for Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway construction in November 2025

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document requesting relevant departments, branches and localities to speed up the progress of compensation, site clearance and land handover for additional items of the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay section investment and construction component project.

This is one of the key national traffic projects passing through the province.

Accordingly, to meet the progress of handing over the site in November 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai was assigned to direct the Land Registration Office to urgently establish a land recovery map, notify the recovery and develop a plan for compensation, support and resettlement.

At the same time, the Department is responsible for advising the Provincial People's Committee to issue a document committing to the progress of site handover to the Ministry of Construction , as a basis for the Ministry to allow the implementation of additional construction items.

Dong Nai urgently clears land for Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway, to be completed in November 2025.

The People's Committees of Xuan Hoa, Xuan Loc, Xuan Dinh and Hang Gon communes closely coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and related branches to speed up the work of measuring, inventorying, and compiling compensation records, ensuring that the site clearance process takes place transparently and smoothly.

Dong Nai People's Committee also requested localities to soon establish a Compensation Council (if necessary), promptly determine specific land prices in accordance with reality, and at the same time establish, appraise and approve compensation plans as soon as possible.

The entire site must be handed over to the Thang Long Project Management Board in November 2025, as committed to the Ministry of Construction and the Government.

Thang Long Project Management Board - the direct construction unit must closely coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and localities to receive the site and organize construction safely and on schedule.

According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, accelerating the site clearance for additional items of the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway not only ensures the progress of completing the strategic expressway connecting the Southeast region with the South Central region, but also contributes to effectively exploiting public investment, developing inter-regional infrastructure and attracting investment for Dong Nai as well as neighboring localities.
