Dong Tam commends 44 typical and advanced collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement

On the afternoon of September 4, the People's Committee of Dong Tam commune held a conference to commend advanced models, summarize the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025 and launch the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030.

Dong Tam commune was newly merged from 3 communes Dong Tam, Thuong Binh and Dong Tien. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the commune has implemented a patriotic emulation movement associated with the task of socio-economic development, in line with reality and the interests of the people, creating a driving force for development and achieving many practical results.

Specifically: By April 2025, the commune had completed the removal of 169 temporary, dilapidated houses; organized weekend communist labor to build and repair many essential infrastructure works, mobilized over 3,000 working days to support poor households. At the same time, the commune promoted administrative reform, launched the movement "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" and "Cadres, civil servants and public employees practice office culture"..., contributing to improving the efficiency of the political system and people's lives.

In the period of 2025 - 2030, Dong Tam commune continues to launch patriotic emulation movements in all fields. Focusing on promoting science, technology, innovation, digital transformation and administrative reform; mobilizing all resources for socio-economic development; developing agriculture , forestry and concentrated livestock farming towards commodities; synchronously building infrastructure; improving people's lives; consolidating security and defense forces; striving to become a fairly developed commune in the region by 2030.

At the Conference, the People's Committee of Dong Tam commune awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 collectives, 23 individuals and 6 typical advanced households with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
