On the morning of October 26, Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television held a conference to announce retirement decisions for cadres according to the regime. Attending the conference were comrade Mai Duc Thong, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association; leaders of specialized and professional departments.

The conference announced and presented the retirement decision with social insurance benefits to Ms. Ly Thi Ngan, an employee of the Secretariat and Editorial Department.

Speaking at the conference, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio & Television, Mai Duc Thong, expressed his deep gratitude and acknowledged the contributions of Ms. Ly Thi Ngan throughout her time working with and developing the unit. The Editor-in-Chief emphasized that Ms. Ly Thi Ngan had excellently fulfilled her duties, making a significant contribution to the unit's development. Editor-in-Chief Mai Duc Thong hoped that Ms. Ngan would continue to utilize her experience, contribute to the development of her locality, and always be a companion and partner in the development of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio & Television in the future.
