On the morning of October 26, Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television held a conference to announce retirement decisions for cadres according to the regime. Attending the conference were comrade Mai Duc Thong, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association; leaders of specialized and professional departments.

The conference announced and awarded the decision on retirement with social insurance benefits to comrade Ly Thi Ngan, an officer of the Secretary - Editorial Department.
