Mau A commune is transforming strongly in implementing the movement “The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas (NTM)”. The long concrete roads, the new houses, the increasingly improved living standards of the people… are clear evidence of the spirit of solidarity, the will to rise up and the desire for change in this traditional countryside.
The patriotic emulation movements in Mau A commune have been actively deployed, spreading widely to every village, hamlet, and household. From slogans to actions, from resolutions to life, the movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" has truly become a driving force for development, valued and closely directed by leaders at all levels.

Comrade Chu Chinh Son - Chairman of Mau A Commune People's Committee shared: "Building new rural areas in Mau A is not only a political task but also a journey of love for the homeland and the will to rise of each citizen. We identify emulation as the driving force and method to turn resolutions into actions, turn dreams into reality".
Up to now, Mau A has invested in and upgraded 30 school buildings; 2 medical stations; 3 clean water projects; 35 village cultural houses; 1 commune cultural house; 12 projects to renovate, upgrade, and build new offices of agencies and units; 137 projects to upgrade and repair roads, bridges, and urban beautification...
The muddy dirt roads have been upgraded with concrete, connecting villages and hamlets, helping people travel and trade goods conveniently. The examples of people donating land, labor and money are appearing more and more.
Ms. Hoang Thi Nu in Lang Cheo village shared: “When I heard that the State was opening a road, my family donated nearly 400 square meters of rice fields. At first, I felt sorry, but when I saw the completed road, spacious, clean and beautiful, children going to school less difficult, vehicles transporting agricultural products easily, I felt my decision was the right one.”
From that spirit, hundreds of households in Mau A donated land, contributed thousands of working days, and joined hands with the government to build concrete roads and solid bridges. In many places, people also organized roadside cleaning and flower planting, turning rural roads into "model flower roads".
Not only infrastructure works, the movement to build new rural areas also arouses the spirit of autonomy and creativity in economic development. Agricultural production models are formed and replicated.

Mr. Dang Van Sang in Ngoi A village excitedly shared: “Previously, we only grew corn and cassava, so our income was low. Since the commune mobilized to change the structure of crops and livestock, I boldly borrowed capital to grow 3 hectares of cinnamon and raise 10 breeding cows. The road to the village has been concreted, traders come to buy directly, and my family's life has improved significantly.”
Stories like those of Mrs. Nu and Mr. Sang are no longer rare in Mau A, affirming the effectiveness of the emulation movement associated with socio-economic development. From here, people have more confidence in the policies of the Party and the State, and are more united and united to build their homeland.
In the coming time, Mau A will continue to promote the movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", considering this a central and continuous task. Emulation and reward work will be innovated in a practical and timely manner, with people as the center, and actual results as the measure.
Each emulation movement will be associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. We respect and honor those who directly work and produce - they are the most beautiful flowers in the patriotic emulation garden of Mau A...

From that spirit, movements such as “Lighting up the countryside roads”, “Clean houses, beautiful gardens”, “Model residential areas”, “New rural roads”, “Poverty reduction”… continue to spread widely, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, party members and people. In particular, the role of the Fatherland Front, Women’s Union, Youth Union, and Farmers’ Association has been strongly promoted, creating a combined strength to promote the movement to go deeper and deeper. Step by step, contributing to building an increasingly rich and beautiful homeland.
