The Festival's activities will be widely publicized and promoted, including: Honoring the flower growing profession, Online photo contest with hashtag #FestivalHoaKiengSaDec2, Flower color space, Display space of 1,000 flower and ornamental plant varieties, Live show "Hundred years of flower village colors", International flower display area, hot air balloon activities and "Southern colors" food street...

To ensure direction and consistency, the Organizing Committee requests the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate in providing timely information to the press, connecting KOLs and administrators of influential social media channels to spread the event: The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for ensuring telecommunications infrastructure, setting up free wifi for visitors and deploying SMS messages to welcome guests; Dong Thap Newspaper, Radio and Television strengthens news articles, builds columns and promotes multi-platform communication (print, electronic, radio, television, Facebook, TikTok); People's Committees at all levels promote visual propaganda (banners, billboards) and through the grassroots broadcasting system.
