At the 31st session of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, term VII, former singer Ngoc Hai - Chairman of the Provincial Tourism Association - unexpectedly received a certificate of merit from the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in performing his duties, contributing to improving the quality of the People's Council's activities.
"I have fulfilled my duties as a People's Council delegate. There were many emotions in today's meeting. The remaining time of the term (2022 - 2027), I believe, will be a new chapter of a new era - an era of integration and outstanding development of the nation," he shared.
Ngoc Hai - Ngoc Son's younger brother - was once a promising young singer of the 1990s. Following his brother into showbiz, promoted by musician Minh Vy in the tape Mua bui 1 with Tai Linh, the name Ngoc Hai suddenly became famous, "becoming a star overnight".

After recording a few more episodes of Mua bui , Ngoc Hai produced the music series Tinh doi 1, 2, 3 ... with his brothers, and continuously achieved success.
After a period of singing, the singer tried his hand at business. He opened a film translation studio, an entertainment company and a fruit export factory.
In 2003, Ngoc Hai officially retired to focus on business. In 2007, he studied at the Paris School of Management for a master's degree and then continued his doctorate in business administration.
After more than 20 years of retirement, Ngoc Hai is a successful businessman, running a large enterprise in Ba Ria - Vung Tau .
He is also a People's Council delegate, Chairman of the Vietnam Tourism Club, Chairman of the Tourism Association and Chairman of the local Young Entrepreneurs Association.
In addition, he also teaches and holds the position of Head of the Faculty of Tourism - Health at Ba Ria - Vung Tau University.
