Nearly 4.5 billion VND in Tet gifts for disadvantaged workers in Ha Tinh

It is expected that Ha Tinh trade unions at all levels will allocate nearly 4.5 billion VND to give gifts and support the construction of union shelters for union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Lunar New Year.

Ha Tinh City Labor Federation gives Tet gifts and encourages workers at affiliated units.

The Provincial Federation of Labor has just planned to allocate resources to support union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024. Accordingly, the Trade Union Social Fund will be used to support the construction and repair of 48 union shelters worth 1.5 billion VND; and 2,560 Tet gifts worth over 1.6 billion VND will be presented to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has allocated 2,000 free shopping packages worth VND600 million to union members and workers on the e-commerce trading floor through the program "Trade Union Tet Market 2024"; Party and State leaders plan to give gifts directly to workers in the province worth VND260 million.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, the Provincial Federation of Labor will support the construction and repair of 48 union shelters.

In addition, the trade unions at the grassroots level with socialized resources are expected to allocate more than 500 million VND to give over 1,000 Tet gifts to disadvantaged workers at their affiliated grassroots trade unions.
