Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Van Dung informed the Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, former leaders of military units, localities, veteran revolutionaries, veterans, martyrs' relatives, etc. about the outstanding achievements in socio-economic development of Quang Nam after 50 years of liberation and 28 years of re-establishment of the province. At the same time, he affirmed that to have today's achievements, many generations of fathers and brothers have fought and sacrificed themselves for the homeland.
“Today’s meeting of the Liaison Committee of cadres and soldiers of Tam Ky town during the anti-American war to save the country is certainly not complete. However, through the heroic achievements in the years of participating in the fight and liberation of Tam Ky town, we have somewhat recalled a time of vibrant and proud youth. This is a valuable lesson about revolutionary tradition for today’s generation to follow, to strive to study, practice, and build our homeland to be more and more beautiful” – comrade Le Van Dung said.
