Attending the program were Mr. Vu Minh Ly – Deputy Director of the Center for Resource and Environment Communication ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ); leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Ban Lien, Bac Ha, Lung Phinh, Coc Lau, and Bao Nhai communes, along with a large number of local people and tourists.

The program began with spectacular artistic performances by the commune's art troupe and students, creating a lively, warm atmosphere rich in local cultural identity.

The highlight of the program was the donation of 9,000 Luc Truc bamboo saplings and 2,500 Trung Khanh chestnut trees to households in Ban Lien commune, with the support of Yeah1 Group, Timo Digital Bank, Haha Family Fan Club, and many other charitable organizations. The total resources mobilized for the program amounted to over 600 million VND to purchase 20,000 saplings, expected to green approximately 26 hectares of land belonging to 182 households in the area.

In particular, each tree is labeled with the name of the participant, as a commitment to long-term involvement and a beautiful memento of the Ban Lien area. The activity is not simply about planting trees, but also conveys a profound humanistic message: sowing seeds of life, spreading love and faith in a green, sustainable future.
Ms. Vang Thi Thong, a resident of Ban Lien commune, emotionally shared: "I am very grateful to the charitable program for bringing green trees to Ban Lien. In the future, these trees will green the barren hills, create a sustainable livelihood for the people, and create better potential for tourism and economic development."
The event attracted not only locals but also tourists and young people from all over the country.
The Haha Family program is the starting point for a community movement aimed at fostering a green living awareness and appreciation for local cultural values among the younger generation. This provides a positive foundation for the People's Committee of Ban Lien commune and the Center for Communication on Resources and Environment (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) to continue implementing the program "Experiential Tourism and Volunteer Program: Planting Luc Truc Bamboo and Trung Khanh Chestnut Trees - Haha Family - For a Happy Vietnam," gradually elevating the value from a television program into a long-term, sustainable, and meaningful community journey.
“We are implementing this program with three main objectives: Firstly, to improve the environment and natural landscape at the destinations where the Haha Family program has been filmed and broadcast; secondly, to support local people in increasing their income through planting new livelihood crops — specifically in Ban Lien, bamboo shoots and Trung Khanh chestnut trees — which have high economic value; and thirdly, to raise awareness among young people about environmental protection. This is also an opportunity to promote and contribute to the sustainable development of ecotourism and community tourism in Ban Lien and other localities,” said Mr. Vu Minh Ly, Deputy Director of the Center for Resource and Environment Communication.

The program "Experiential Tourism and Volunteer Activities: Planting Luc Truc Bamboo and Trung Khanh Chestnut Trees – Haha Family - For a Happy Vietnam" is not only a cultural and tourism event but also a community activity with profound humanitarian significance, connecting people with nature and local cultural identity.
With the support of government agencies, businesses, and the community, Ban Lien commune is gradually becoming a shining example in the journey of harmonious integration between people and nature.

On this occasion, the Highland Volunteer Group and benefactors also presented many meaningful gifts to disadvantaged families in the area.
