Three people were safely rescued from a house fire in Le Chan ward, Hai Phong.

At about 5:40 a.m. on November 7, a fire broke out at a house on Mieu Hai Xa Street, Le Chan Ward, Hai Phong City.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (City Police) dispatched officers, soldiers and 2 fire trucks from the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 1 to urgently go to the scene.

At the scene of the fire, authorities determined that there were 3 people trapped on the 3rd floor: DGB (born in 2020), Ms. NTH (born in 1948) and Ms. PTP (born in 1969). The Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police force promptly approached and used specialized equipment to bring all 3 people out safely; at the same time, deployed measures to control the fire and prevent it from spreading. At about 6:00 a.m. the same day (November 7), the fire was extinguished.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by authorities.
