Ha Tinh's public investment disbursement ranks 7th in the country.

By drastically implementing solutions to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital since the beginning of the year, Ha Tinh has disbursed public investment capital reaching 23% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister, ranking 7th in the country.

Ensuring progress of projects is an important factor for effective disbursement of public investment capital.

From the beginning of 2025 up to now, Ha Tinh has disbursed public investment capital reaching 1,027 billion VND, reaching 23% of the plan. With this result, Ha Tinh is in the group of good disbursements in the country, ranked 7th out of 110 ministries, branches and localities. Currently, departments, branches, units and localities in Ha Tinh continue to synchronously deploy many solutions, determined to disburse 100% of public investment capital in 2025. The focus is to continue to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote site clearance work so that projects can be implemented on schedule; Strengthen discipline and administrative discipline in disbursing public investment capital./
