Completed clearance of 2 largest dike violation projects in Kinh Mon

Dong Hai Company Limited voluntarily dismantled illegal constructions on the riverbank within the land area of ​​Hai Duong BOT Thermal Power Plant.

In particular, the illegal construction on the riverbank of the port area of ​​Hai Duong BOT Thermal Power Plant in Quang Thanh commune, built by Dong Hai Company Limited, including 2 rows of sheds, with an area of ​​667 m², was cleared before June 30. The shed construction in the temporary wharf area of ​​Dong Hai 27-7 Joint Stock Company in Le Ninh commune, with an area of ​​220 m², was cleared on June 13.

Both projects were built without permission on the riverbank. After many times of propaganda and mobilization, the two violating projects were dismantled by the businesses themselves.

By July 15, Kinh Mon town had propagated and mobilized organizations and individuals to voluntarily dismantle and clear 14/25 illegal crane piers; 73/265 illegal constructions outside the riverbank. Kinh Mon town People's Committee has administratively fined 15 wharf facilities violating the fields of dikes, environment, land... with a total amount of more than 1 billion VND.
