Pork prices in Northern Vietnam today, July 18, 2024

In the northern region, today's live pig prices (July 18, 2024) decreased on a limited scale and traded within the range of 65,000 – 67,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, after adjusting prices downwards, traders in Yen Bai , Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Phu Tho, Ha Nam, Hanoi, and Ninh Binh have lowered the purchase price of live pigs to 65,000 VND/kg - the lowest price in the region.

Conversely, traders in Thai Binh are buying live pigs at 67,000 VND/kg – the highest price in the region.

Latest live pig prices in the Central and Central Highlands regions.

In this area, today's live pig prices decreased by 1,000 VND/kg and fluctuated between 60,000 and 66,000 VND/kg.

Accordingly, after adjusting prices downwards, traders in Thua Thien Hue are now buying live pigs at 62,000 VND/kg, the same price as in Quang Tri, Quang Nam , Dak Lak, and Ninh Thuan.

Traders in Binh Dinh are buying pigs at 60,000 VND/kg, the lowest price in the region.

Today, July 18, 2024, the price of live pigs in the Central and Central Highlands regions decreased slightly within a limited range.

Conversely, after a similar price reduction, traders in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An are now buying live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg, the same as in Ha Tinh. This is the highest price in the region.

The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 61,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.

Pork prices in Southern Vietnam today, July 18, 2024

In the southern region, today's live pig prices decreased slightly by 1,000 VND/kg and fluctuated between 63,000 and 65,000 VND/kg.

After a price reduction, traders in Ben Tre are buying live pigs at 63,000 VND/kg, the same as in Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Tien Giang, Bac Lieu, and Tra Vinh, recording the lowest price in the region.

Today, July 18, 2024, the highest price for live pigs in Southern Vietnam is 65,000 VND/kg.

Traders in Long An, Ca Mau, and An Giang are buying live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.

The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 64,000 VND/kg.

Overall, today's live pig prices continued their downward trend in many localities. Currently, surveyed prices in provinces and cities range from 60,000 to 67,000 VND/kg.
