We question why the official dispatch of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen approved the company to organize the art program "Incarnations No. 4 - 366 days", but the name of the promotional poster is "Special Sacred Music Festival"?

Mr. Nhan did not answer the question directly, but only said: "When we applied for a license, the program name "Special Sacred Music Festival - Incarnations No. 4" was not approved. After the incident was reported, we have re-synchronized the posters. This is a charity program and does not sell tickets."

Regarding this incident, on the afternoon of April 17, the Inspector of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen province sent an invitation to the leaders of Do Film Media Company Limited to work on the content related to the advertising activities of the art performance program "Incarnations No. 4 - 366 days" of this company in Tuy Hoa city.

As Tuoi Tre Online reported, although Do Film Media Company Limited was licensed to organize the art performance program "Incarnations No. 4 - 366 Days" at Nghinh Phong Tower Square (Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province), the company advertised it on posters as "Special Sacred Music Festival".

The incident caused many officials and people in Tuy Hoa City to discuss because they did not know what "sacred music" was.
