Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level is authorized to decide on adjustments, assign tasks to investors and perform the tasks of the investment decision-making level for works and projects under the National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025, which are currently received by the People's Committees of communes and wards from the People's Committees of communes and wards under the People's Committees of districts, towns and districts under the People's Committee of Hue City before July 1, 2025.
