Introducing Vietnamese culture and cuisine to international friends

VHO- Recently, the Vietnamese Embassy in the Netherlands attended the Embassy Festival in The Hague. This is an annual cultural event organized by Prooost Events Company in collaboration with the city of The Hague and embassies of countries in the Netherlands.

This year's event welcomed more than 10,000 visitors to enjoy cuisine, ethnic music , traditional costumes, dance, martial arts and experience handicrafts and fine arts... introduced by embassies of nearly 60 participating countries.

The Vietnamese Embassy's booth at the ASEAN Culture - Cuisine Corner, along with the booths of five other ASEAN diplomatic missions in the Netherlands and Belgium, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Laos (in Belgium), welcomed a large number of visitors early in the morning.

In addition to introducing dishes with strong Vietnamese culinary characteristics, this year the Vietnamese Embassy also cooperated with a number of businesses to promote Vietnamese agricultural products to international friends.
