In 2022, after graduating from the Army Officer School 1, Luong Quang Hung was assigned to Battalion 4, Regiment 8. He quickly integrated into the unit, always staying close to the training ground, directly guiding soldiers in training and daily activities. As a platoon leader, Hung is not only a responsible commander but also a close brother who cares about each soldier.

He proactively learned from the experience of his predecessors, especially focusing on preparing lesson plans in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality, helping soldiers understand and absorb easily. During the training process, Hung carefully observed each gesture and movement of the soldiers, then classified them to have appropriate guidance methods, promptly corrected them, and improved the effectiveness of the training. Thanks to that, the soldiers quickly absorbed and grasped the content, contributing to improving the quality of the unit's training. Hung confided that in any training subject, the cadres must explain in detail and model actions, organize exercises to help soldiers make the most of their time practicing a lot and practicing well.

In addition to performing assigned duties, Hung also actively participated in many movements, competitions, and sports events at all levels and won high prizes. Hung also actively participated in initiatives and improved models and teaching aids, typically the technical initiatives "Multi-purpose rice bag" and "Online beer reporting device" were recognized by the Regiment and Division and widely applied throughout the unit, bringing practical results.

It is known that Senior Lieutenant Luong Quang Hung regularly cares for the material and spiritual life of the unit and always wholeheartedly helps the officers and soldiers in the unit. Every day, taking advantage of breaks, he contacts, learns about the family background, grasps the thoughts and legitimate aspirations of the officers and soldiers to have a direction to help and resolve; for the unclear problems, he kindly instructs and guides.

To build a spirit of solidarity and a strong collective, Hung believes in being exemplary in words, actions and style. What we and many cadres of Division 395 see in Hung is that no matter what position he holds, his exemplary spirit and overcoming difficulties remain unchanged. As Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Luong Quang Hung actively proposes leadership measures, innovates working methods, builds a scientific , democratic and responsible working style. He always stays close to cadres and soldiers, maintains strict discipline, strengthens internal solidarity, and resolves working relationships well.

With his outstanding contributions, in 2023 and 2024, Senior Lieutenant Luong Quang Hung was awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level.
