With its design optimized for transportation services, the VinFast Green will be exclusively distributed through the GSM channel in the initial phase, ensuring the best support for business partners and driver partners. Accordingly, customers who place a deposit to purchase a vehicle early, from March 17th to March 24th, 2025, through GSM will receive a discount of 5 million VND for the Minio Green model; 10 million VND for the Herio Green and Nerio Green models; and 15 million VND for the Limo Green model.
Specifically, for individual drivers who purchase Green vehicles to operate on the Green SM Platform in 2025, GSM will apply a revenue sharing policy of up to 90% fixed for 3 years – an unprecedentedly attractive policy in the Vietnamese ride-hailing market. Partners currently operating other vehicle models on the Green SM Platform will also have their current incentive period extended by 6 months. Meanwhile, customers who have registered to purchase a vehicle through GSM but have not yet received their vehicle can choose the policy at the time of purchase or at the time of vehicle delivery.
According to calculations, with the vehicle price including battery at 269 million VND and a battery charging promotion extended until the end of June 2027, Minio Green owners operating on the SM Platform only need to generate an average revenue of 700,000 VND/day to recover their investment in just over 15 months. Similarly, the payback period for Herio Green (priced at 499 million VND), Nerio Green (668 million VND), and Limo Green (749 million VND) is only 23 months, 26 months, and 27 months respectively, assuming an average revenue from the SM Platform of 1 million VND/day.
Among the four models that will officially go on sale on March 17, 2025, Minio Green and Limo Green are two completely new products. Meanwhile, Herio Green and Nerio Green are models refined from the VinFast VF 5 and VF e34 to suit the purpose of business services and optimize investment efficiency according to actual usage needs.
The Minio Green boasts a compact design with dimensions of 3,090 x 1,496 x 1,625 mm (length x width x height), a wheelbase of 2,065 mm, providing ample space for four passengers and suitability for urban driving conditions. It is equipped with an electric motor delivering a maximum power of 20 kW and a maximum torque of 65 Nm, with a top speed of 80 km/h. The 15.2 kWh lithium-ion battery pack offers a range of up to 170 km on a single charge (according to NEDC standards).
The Limo Green is VinFast's first 7-seater multi-purpose MPV. With overall dimensions of 4,740 x 1,872 x 1,728 mm and a wheelbase of 2,840 mm, it offers a spacious interior for 7 passengers. Equipped with an LFP battery pack, the Limo Green provides a driving range of up to 450 km on a single charge. Charging time from 10% to 70% is 30 minutes, optimizing the vehicle's efficiency and making it suitable for long journeys.
GSM will officially accept deposits for Minio Green, Herio Green, Nerio Green, and Limo Green from 00:00 on March 17, 2025, until March 24, 2025. Customers and partners can order vehicles directly through the Xanh SM app or via the website: https://platform.xanhsm.com/ and hotline 1900 2293. The deposit fees are VND 7 million/vehicle for Minio Green, VND 10 million/vehicle for Herio and Nerio Green, and VND 15 million/vehicle for Limo Green. Deposits are non-refundable and non-cancellable, only transferable. Expected delivery time for Herio Green and Nerio Green is April 2025, while Minio Green and Limo Green are expected in August 2025.
Besides distributing and selling vehicles to partners and customers in need, GSM will also add four VinFast Green models to its taxi fleet and restructure its service offerings accordingly. Specifically, the Green SM Eco service will offer economical transportation with Minio Green vehicles, while the Green SM Car service will provide basic taxi services with VF 5 models. and Herio Green. Xanh SM Premium is a premium taxi service with Herio Green vehicles and some VF e34 vehicles that meet service standards and quality requirements. Meanwhile, Xanh SM Limo is a 7-seater taxi service with Green Limo vehicles and a team of high-quality drivers.
