Hanoi names 39 units that are overdue in handling feedback on iHanoi

Through monitoring and evaluating the results of handling complaints and recommendations of agencies and units on the iHanoi Application, it can be seen that there are still many overdue complaints and recommendations that have not been processed; the handling and response to complaints and recommendations of citizens have not met requirements, leading to citizens being dissatisfied with the handling of complaints and recommendations.

39 units to reflect and make recommendations that have not been processed overdue include: Nam Tu Liem District People's Committee, Soc Son District People's Committee, Hoan Kiem District People's Committee, Dong Anh District People's Committee, Cau Giay District People's Committee, Ha Dong District People's Committee, Me Linh District People's Committee, Bac Tu Liem District People's Committee, Chuong My District People's Committee, Phuc Tho District People's Committee, Thanh Tri District People's Committee, Tay Ho District People's Committee, Department of Transport, Thanh Xuan District People's Committee, Dan Phuong District People's Committee, Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee, Long Bien District People's Committee, Hoai Duc District People's Committee, City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board; Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board; Ung Hoa District People's Committee; Quoc Oai District People's Committee; Department of Information and Communications; Department of Education and Training; Project Management Board for Technical Infrastructure and Agricultural Construction Investment; Son Tay Town People's Committee; Thuong Tin District People's Committee; Ba Dinh District People's Committee; Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Construction; Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Hanoi Electricity Corporation; My Duc District People's Committee; City Police; Department of Culture and Sports; People's Committee of Dong Da district; People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district; Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Health.

To strictly implement the direction of the Chairman of the City People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 05/CD-UBND, Official Dispatch No. 2468/UBND-TTDT in handling feedback and recommendations to serve people and organizations on the iHanoi application, the Office of the City People's Committee requests the Heads and Directors of Departments, branches, sectors, units under the City, Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct agencies and units to inspect the implementation of receiving and handling feedback and recommendations from people; send the results to the Office of the City People's Committee before September 23, 2024 for synthesis and reporting to the City People's Committee according to regulations.

Thoroughly grasp and urge cadres and civil servants to promptly participate in receiving and handling people's feedback and recommendations in the area; avoid delays, lateness, overdue and ensure the quality of handling feedback and recommendations to receive people's satisfaction in accordance with the direction of the Chairman of the City People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 05/CD-UBND, Official Dispatch No. 2468/UBND-TTDT.

The City People's Committee Office requested the Department of Home Affairs to supplement the content of checking compliance and implementation of regulations in handling people's feedback and recommendations on the iHanoi Application when inspecting public services at agencies and units under the City according to the plan for 2024 and the following years.
