The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the plan and location of the road connecting Tu Lien Bridge to the new National Highway 3, scale 1/500 in Dong Anh district (Hanoi).

Accordingly, the starting point of the route is at the intersection north of Tu Lien bridge, the end point is at the intersection with Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway (new national highway 3) and Ring Road 3 North of the Red River.
The route length is approximately 7.9km. The route direction is determined in accordance with the Capital City's General Construction Plan, the Capital City's Transport Plan, and approved urban subdivision plans N9, GN, GN(A).
This is an urban main road with a typical cross-section width of 60m, including the main components: 38.5m roadway (10 lanes), 5.5m median strip, 16m sidewalks on both sides. The specific cross-section structure is determined according to the road construction investment project approved by the competent authority.
The grade-separated interchange includes 3 interchanges connecting the route with the main urban road along the Red River, Truong Sa Road, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (new National Highway 3) and 1 direct interchange with the inter-regional road Bac Dam Van Tri - Co Loa - Cau Duong. Intersections with the remaining cross-roads are level interchanges, preliminarily determined on the basis of the road network according to the approved planning.
