By the end of September 2025, 100% of public hospitals under the Hanoi Department of Health have deployed electronic medical records to serve medical examination and treatment according to the Government's roadmap.
100% of hospitals have implemented cashless payment for technical services; 5 hospitals have implemented remote medical examination and treatment systems.
The city has more than 6.8 million people in the area automatically verified with the National Population Database; >9.6 million electronic health records synchronized via VneID, 4.7 million people have medical examination and treatment data and more than 7.5 million people have vaccination data./.
