Hanoi: All public hospitals complete implementation of electronic medical records

According to the Hanoi Department of Health, 100% of hospitals have implemented cashless payment for technical services; 5 hospitals have implemented a remote medical examination and treatment system.

By the end of September 2025, 100% of public hospitals under the Hanoi Department of Health have deployed electronic medical records to serve medical examination and treatment according to the Government's roadmap.

The city has more than 6.8 million people in the area automatically verified with the National Population Database; >9.6 million electronic health records synchronized via VneID, 4.7 million people have medical examination and treatment data and more than 7.5 million people have vaccination data./.
